Pre-Information Form

Ön Bilgilendirme Formu — provided before purchase in line with Turkish consumer law.

This Pre-Information Form (Ön Bilgilendirme Formu) is provided to the Buyer in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts of the Republic of Türkiye, prior to the conclusion of any distance sales contract. By proceeding to payment, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the contents of this form.

2. Product / Service Information

MedTalks provides digital educational services, including but not limited to:

  • Medical English training programs (DocTALKS, DentTALKS, NurseTALKS, PharmaTALKS, and similar)
  • AI-powered speaking agents (Dr. Meddy, Mr. Brown, OET Speaking Agents and similar)
  • Live online classes and webinars
  • Digital learning materials, coursebooks and downloadable resources

All services are delivered digitally, via online access. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed on the relevant product or checkout page in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes (including VAT where relevant).
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. MedTalks does not store full card details on its own servers.
  • The Buyer is responsible for any additional fees (currency conversion, bank fees, etc.) charged by their payment provider.

4. Delivery

  • Services are delivered instantly or within the time window shown on the product page after payment has been confirmed.
  • Delivery is deemed complete when the Buyer is granted access to the platform, course materials or AI tools, or when login credentials are issued.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason, subject to the limitations below.

Important — digital content exception: If the Buyer requests and consents to immediate access to digital content or services, the Buyer loses the right of withdrawal once performance has begun (e.g. login to the student portal, access to live webinar links, interaction with AI agents, or download of course resources), in accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal where it applies, the Buyer must notify MedTalks in writing at info@medtalkstoday.com within the 14-day period, stating their full name, order number and email address used at purchase.

6. Complaint and Dispute Resolution

Consumers may submit complaints and disputes to:

  • Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) — for disputes below the monetary threshold set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
  • Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) in Türkiye for other disputes.

7. Buyer's Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By proceeding with payment and marking the relevant acceptance checkbox at checkout, the Buyer confirms that they:

  • Have read and understood this Pre-Information Form;
  • Have been informed of all mandatory items required under Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation;
  • Accept all terms of this form and the accompanying Distance Sales Contract; and
  • Where immediate access to digital content is requested, expressly consent to the performance of the service and waive the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by law.
